Succeed Practice Management was founded in 2022 by Leanne Hopkins, who recognised how hard it can be to serve clients, run a growing business and make room for life and family. We help health and medical business owners worldwide strengthen the people, systems and business operations that make all three possible.
Our Philippine Back Office Support spans client service, HR, marketing, bookkeeping, accounting, digital advertising, CRM, AI, IT and business operations. Therapy businesses can also explore The Fully Automated Practice, with Practice CRM in development.
Leanne is an Occupational Therapist who owns a thriving multi-award winning, multi-disciplinary allied health company across 3 sites, and knows first-hand the challenge of having more tasks to do than time to do them in.
Understanding the deep desire for health professionals to be able to take care of themselves and their families like they take care of their clients, Leanne knows that business tasks can grow to be too much for owners to manage alone, but not enough to employ in-house staff.
She also gets that some business owners would prefer to avoid the hassle and cost of in-house staff and desire more flexibility. Leanne has experienced the frustration of trying to find in-house or virtual administration staff who could be trusted to competently deliver expected results. This is when Succeed Practice Management was born.
